Accredited Technical Cleanliness Testing Laboratory
As a pioneer in the technical cleanliness sector, GLÄSER has successfully operated its own accredited test laboratory since 2002. Located within a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment covering more than 200 m², the laboratory performs technical cleanliness inspections of functionally relevant components in accordance with VDA 19.1, ISO 16232, and company-specific standards.
Accredited under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, the laboratory demonstrates proven competence in determining technical cleanliness of components, systems, and fluids — including mineral oils and working media — with validated sample collection and contamination analysis procedures.
Testing Capabilities:
• Five machine types from proprietary system engineering
• Very small components (millimeter range)
• Large components up to 2 meters
• Components up to 500 kg
• Extraction methods: rinse, spray, flood, ultrasound
• Media: cold cleaner or deionised water
• Fluid analysis (oil & auxiliary materials)
• Environmental contamination monitoring via particle traps or particle stamps
• Comprehensive and transparent test reports
